Orders
placed before 1 PM PST will ship same day from our warehouse in Los
Angeles. Standard shipping takes from 2-7 days, depending on your
distance from LA.
Because we are such a small company, we don't
have the scale or volume to get good international rates. This means
that sometimes these rates are ludicrous.
Just know that we do not make money on this. What you pay is what we pay.
RETURNS
We are a two person operation, so we keep things pretty simple.
We offer 30 day returns as long as the packaging is in tact and it can be resold.
If you're just trying it out, please keep the packaging during your trial! This helps us both reduce waste and keep costs low.
