Using primarily with an iPad mini for a small on-the-go desk setup. Stand is great quality. Bundled with the arm mounts, it makes for a fantastic multi-device setup.
The product, when it finally arrived, was very good. It was easy to put together, though some instructions on the wiring might be helpful to some people. Shipping was not good. There were problems and the communication regarding shipping was not good.
The dock is extremely well made, sturdy, and works exactly as advertised! It really enhances the experience with the steam controller, and looks great in my entertainment center :) highly recommend!
The grip is strong which means that it is large. Attaches to many different things and surfaces.
Hear me out. Nearly everything around 1lb/1.6kg can use the magsafe adapter ring and magsafe innie to connect to the gaming pillow, desk stand or claw mount. It's WAY better than the other connectors. Easy-on. Easy-off!

The Steam Controller Dock has really solid construction and is weighted, making it easy for me to grab my controller. Highly recommended!
Incredible stand which solve the only problem that the Steam Controller has: find a stand on which I could place the puck to recharge the controller and to prodly show it on desk! I truly suggest to consider to buy one to every Steam Controller owner

Great concept but the neck holding the device snapped very easily on 2 of them that I had. One lasted a fairly heavy amount of use with my Switch, one barely survived at all. Whatever printing mechanism they use is not great.

Solid stand. It's well made and way better than I ever expected! The base is heavy and easily holds my Nintendo Switch 2 or my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9. Genius. Love the Arm mounts that I purchased with it. It's the perfect daytime/work-time companion for my gaming pillow. Love the hidden space for the allen wrench - genius!
I'm very pleased with the Steam Controller Dock from Mechanism!
It has a very sleek design that fits my gaming setup very well, the black texture of it looks very similar to what the Stream Deck from Elgato looks like and looks very well besides the Steam Deck and Switch 2.
The build quality seems to be very well made, the only negative I have is that the magnet of the Steam Controller Puck is so strong that it pulls the Dock with the controller, but if you grab the controller and angle it from the bottom up this fixes this "problem" which isn't really a problem.
