Great grip, and top tier service and support!
This is probably the best controller dock/stand I've ever had. Great design. Great quality. Displays the controller nicely and has a small footprint on the desk.
I want to love it but cannot and I'll tell you precisely why.... With today's modern smart phones being the average weight they are, the phone mag lock arm that clips into the basegrip on the Steam Controller wiggles too much. I've tried all that I can think of to get it to be better but with my troubleshooting I noticed a design weakness.
**The base grip for the Steam Controller NEEDS to be REDESIGNED to be Wider and Reach Further to the Left and Right and Hook Into the Inside Gaps beside the Triggers and Bumpers. Otherwise, a weighty phone causes the mag lock phone arm to just wiggle side to side and creak and moan while doing so. In its current form, it is sadly no good and not usable. It's way to wiggly, annoying and distracting!
I DO WANT TO LOVE THIS BTW!
I just Cannot recommend it as it currently is... ☹️
*Please Please Redesign it to reach out and hook onto both left and right gaps, beside the triggers and bumpers. Otherwise it just wiggles too much with a modern smart phone attached to it!
IF you redesign it, I'll buy Two just to say Thank you! LoL
Ok story time!
About two weeks ago I took my kid for a walk in their stroller and I had one of these mounted on the handle bar. I must have fumbled it off at some point and it fell off. I wrote it off figuring I'd just replace it later.
Then on that same walk I notice it sitting in someone's lawn kind of half buried and to my surprise it still looks great! All that Florida sun and rain this thing didn't even warp a little bit.
Absolute top quality material this thing!
Superbly made, sits beautifully next to the box and as they say, is a simple one hand detach and reconnect action. I love it!
Discovering that you don't need to remove it to store it in the Steamdeck case was a WOW moment. Lifechanging, now I want to make everything a steamdeck mount
It's very well made, I just wish the ball would unscrew from the mount so that you can potentially extend it or adjust the angle. As it it is rather inflexible.
Very solid. Feels high quality. Attention to detail. Like the expandability / customizable options of the back plate. The joy con grips feel really nice in the hand. Well done.
I CAN EMULATE FROM MY BED THRU MY PHONE FROM THE CONTROLLER COMING FROM THE PC BACK TO MY PHONE IN MY HANDS USING THE CONTROLLER
Does exactly what you expect it to! Very happy with it for my switch.
Amazing! The Gaming Pillow is so comfortable to use and makes gaming in bed super convinient!
snug fit. it's better than the modcase attachments because this clips into place.
it's sturdy enough. magnet is also strong enough to hold the phone in place without fear of falling off.
Fantastic build quality and exactly what I was looking for as soon as I bought my controller. Will definitely be shopping here again
The dock works great. The one-handed pickup is a breeze.
