Deciding whether to order this pillow was a tough call. The shipping costs almost exceeded the product price, making it a pricey purchase. Despite this, we bought it, but unfortunately, we’re disappointed with the quality. The pillow itself is comfortable, and playing with Steam Deck mounted on the pillow is fun. But the phone mounting part keeps falling off. The mechanism that holds it in place isn’t sturdy enough to keep it securely attached (we have an iPhone 16s, so it’s not the heaviest phone). In summary, proceed with caution, especially if you’re paying so much for shipping like us.
The Switch 2 basegrip is very easy to apply. The Switch 2 with the basegrip applied fits into the dock without issue. Quality product.
The claw mount is very secure and durable. It easily holds the weight of a Switch 2.
I’m very happy with this product! It is both sturdy and easy to use.
Fit, finish, and function is all there, but I worry about longevity of the locking clasp. It would be a good idea to add in a rubber pad to the inside of the socket so you don't have to tighten so aggressively on the screw cap, and that would keep the threading from premature wear.

They are okay but the version 2 that they recently put out and I picked up are MUCH better.
I suffer from bad carpel tunnel syndrome which makes it hard for me to hold my switch and play for long periods of time without pain. This pillow is amazing! It holds the switch up and takes the pressure off of my wrists and allow to play comfortably for hours! Beat purchase ever!
The phone mount is everything I could ask for in an accessory. It’s perfect!
the back cover got completely stuck to the back of the controller. i had to pry it off with a screwdriver. wouldn't recommend it if you use regular batteries with your controller.
