Will it work on my soft silicone case?

No, the industry leading 3M adhesive will bond to almost every case or surface with the exception of soft or powdery silicone cases.

Does the Universal Grip work with all your mounts.

Yes! All of our mounts and accessories are compatible with the Universal Grip.

What does your lifetime warranty mean?

In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.

Works with Skull and Co case for Ally X

I do have 1 tip if you go that route though. Attach it where you want, probably best in the space on the bottom, then find a way to apply pressure overnight. The texture of the case, without pressure, can make it hard to stick on it. No fault of the attachment. As a secondary method, you can also use Loctite to glue it to part of the case where there is less surface area for the intended adhesive. Loctite has a strong bond with the case and attachment though, so that really will be basically permanent.

The adhesive did not stay on

The 3M adhesive does not stay on my Ally X protective case, it felt off as soon as I put it on the pillow stand.

Hi Aria, let's get you a replacement to try again. There are two things that could be wrong: 1) The case you're trying it on might be a powdery/soft silicone, in that case almost nothing will adhere to it. 2) It's really important to install these correctly to maximize their strength (Key points: clean the surface, press down hard along the entire surface since it's pressure activated, and WAIT as long as possible, up to 24 hours, to let the adhesive relax into the grooves of the underlying texture). Works as intended, and the tape on it sticks well. Also, I like that they gave me extra tape in case I would need it.
