In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.
Chat us and you'll reach one of two people: Siri, the founder, or Saibi, his cousin that helps with customer service every once in a while.
The things that don't require good vibes though: Manufacturing defects, design problems, if specific things are breaking at no fault of your own.
Critically: we want to know what broke and how. This isn't to pass judgement on you. It helps us make the product better in the future, and to make sure your issue isn't something widespread.

The clip fits snugly on my portal and helps holding the portal for a long time up right. The material of the clip is well made.
Great! Very tight so I cant quite get it centered on the portal, but that is extremely minor. Works great and love the whole set up.
Works great and easy to use
I got the whole package for my boyfriend for Christmas. So I got a portal mate, the gaming pillow and a couple of other attachments for the mechanism, including the kickstand phone mount and the universal mount. I cannot speak highly enough about mine and my boyfriend’s experience through this whole process. Admittedly, when I got the first piece of the mechanism in the mail, I was unable to fix it to my PlayStation portal. But a couple minutes of my time and a quick conversation with the developers fixed my situation write up! They were understanding and clearly interested in ways that they can improve their products. I was immediately sent a new portal mate (which worked perfectly and easily was fixed to the portal)! All of this is a double edged sword because I haven’t seen hide nor hair of my boyfriend since Christmas!! he loves it. I love it. I think the whole thing that the people with the mechanism have going on is innovative, and like the next true experience of handheld gaming. I can’t wait to get a switch mate!

I like that this grip allows me to attach my PlayStation Portal to all of the Mechanism ecosystem of products.
The Portalmate grip is very tight-fitting and is difficult to slide the last half inch into place, but that only makes sure that it will not easily slide back out of place. Works well with no issues.

Simple in design that just works with a kickstand, also all the other attachments! I love how discreet it is, and how it just works.
Takes a little to get it placed on the system but after that it's awesome.
Super tiny when not in use. Very clever installation method. Highly recommended.
Are y’all planning on making the portal mount compatible with the official PlayStation charger for the portal? That would make this mount go from great to absolutely amazing!!!
We don't have any plans to update the PS Portal Grip unfortunately. That device was really tricky because of how odd the shape is, but I know it's always sad to have to choose one or the other!
When are more of the Portal Grips being produced?
