THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING:
Is it compatible with the Nintendo dock?
Officially no. This grip is just a smidge to big to recommend using it with your dock but we would be lying if we said we didn't try (and succeeded with a bit of flex).
Will it cover the built in kickstand?
Nope! The kickstand on both the LCD and OLED will still be perfectly functional. But ours is better anyways.
What does your lifetime warranty mean?
In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.

It's alright but wish it was engineered a little better to be dockable.
I've always found the Switch uncomfortable to use in handheld mode so I've tried a lot of the solutions out there, the Zengrip, Skull & Co, Fixture, Nitrodeck, Hori Splitpad (both Pro and Compact). Most of those didn't solve the comfort problem for me, and you can't dock the Switch without removing some of them, and some of them are not that easy to remove, certainly not something I'd want to constantly be putting on and taking off. The Hori Splitpads you can still dock the Switch with them attached, and the Compact model solves the comfort issue for me, but they lack gyro and HD Rumble, so that's not ideal.
Enter the Switchmate, which ticks almost all the boxes for me. I find it as comfortable as the best solution above and I don't lose gyro or HD rumble.
My main complaint would be you can't dock the Switch with the grip on, but it is easy enough to put on and take off (as long as you don't close the retaining clip on the top) that I don't mind it when I want to dock.
The lower middle of the Switchmate is cutaway so you can use the kickstands built into the Switch and Switch Oled, but I find the angles when using the Oled kickstand to be pretty severe so I prefer to use the Switchmate kickstand attachment.
The cartridge slots on the back were not a selling point for me, but I do like that they're there now that I have it. It's convenient to have whatever other 4 games I've been playing most recently just right there on the back for easy swap.
Overall I would say this is my favorite Switch grip solution so far.
My suggestions for revisions would be make it dockable, or make a little USB C passthrough block that can sit in the dock and raise it up enough that you can dock with the Switchmate attached. That and possibly rework the retaining clip on the top. Maybe it loosens up over time but once I lock that in I have to use an iFixit pry tool to unlock it. Fortunately the Switchmate holds on to the Switch well enough without closing the retaining clip, so I usually just don't close it.
