Does it work with my device?
In short, YES!
In long, yes with a caveat. We have released device specific grips for the following devices:
- Steam Deck
- Nintendo Switch
- ROG Ally
- PS Portal
For all other devices, including if you have a case on your device, we recommend the Universal Grip.

Will it hold my phone?
The only way it works right now with a phone is if you use our Phone mount and clip it to the bottom Mechanism clip on the hard pillow top. Here is how to configure your Phone Mount to work with the Gaming Pillow.
The Mechanism mount at the top of the pillow mount is male, meaning the mating piece would have to be female (like the Universal Grip for example).
You could in theory adhere the Universal grip on the back of your phone case, but it's probably thicker than you'd like and it would interfere with the Magsafe.
For this reason, we DO NOT currently recommend using the Gaming Pillow specifically for only your phone.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but because we are such a small company, we don't have the scale or volume to get good rates. This means that sometimes these rates are ludicrous.
Just know that we do not make money on this. What you pay is what we pay. It's just a shitty thing that exists because we aren't big enough yet.
What does your lifetime warranty mean?
In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.
Chat us and you'll reach one of two people: Siri, the founder, or Saibi, his cousin that helps with customer service every once in a while.
The things that don't require good vibes though: Manufacturing defects, design problems, if specific things are breaking at no fault of your own.
Critically: we want to know what broke and how. This isn't to pass judgement on you. It helps us make the product better in the future, and to make sure your issue isn't something widespread.
When will my order ship?
We sold out of our first batch in actually 12 hours, a response I truly didn't anticipate.
We luckily had a shipment coming right behind our first one. It is already on the boat and on the way.
If you placed your order after 9:03PM PST on 8/16, your ENTIRE order will ship from this batch between 9/15 and 9/22.
