What does your lifetime warranty mean?

In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.

Chat us and you'll reach one of two people: Siri, the founder, or Saibi, his cousin that helps with customer service every once in a while.

The things that don't require good vibes though: Manufacturing defects, design problems, if specific things are breaking at no fault of your own.

Great fit and does exactly what i needed!

Pretty darn good

The joints feel a bit flimsy, I can't tighten them to the point where they are completely still, and I feel like they might loosen further over time.

Does not work well with a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip due to the phone's middle crease, your mount will either be off center to the left or right depending on where you mount the magnetic strip. More of an aesthetic thing but it can impede your ability to press the triggers. This isn't the mount's fault; but it would be nice to have some horizontal flexibility somehow. More of a warning to those of you that own this phone and have OCD.

Despite all this, it's a great mount and does its job without being too heavy.

I like that you can mount it on the top or bottom depending on your preference. I have used it for Nintendo DS emulation and it's perfect.

Awesome and well made.

Love it, I bought one for my Ally and also the Deck version. I had originally bought the universal kit so I already had all the accessories and now I can share between the two of them.
