Ok design . Hinge connected to the pillow doesn’t stay up. Should also have a locking mechanism like the upper hinge does
Sorry you're Pillow arm is a bit droopy! In your box you will find a 3mm allen key that you can use to tighten down any hinges that might have come loose over time. This kickstand is a lot better than the one that comes installed on the Jsaux modcase.
Sticks well to my phone case and works great with the magsafe innie.

Works great for attaching the kickstand I bought for my steam deck to my phone.
Got the pillow and it works well but the clip to keep it in place is not sticking so it keeps coming loose. I wish that part was more sturdy since the deck has slipped out of it more the a few times.

I honestly didn't expect this to be so good. I haven't bought any handheld gaming devices since the original Switch came out so practically all of my handheld devices were small and relatively easy to hold. I recently got a Steam Deck though and wow, this makes a huge difference. My arms and wrists don't suffer nearly as much and it's far more comfortable playing sitting or lying down with this. I also have an attachment for my console controller that I haven't tried yet but I could see it being good for laying in bed and playing games for extended periods. And it comes with a grip if you want to put another mount for your phone or something, so if you're watching something or want to have a strategy guide or whatever up on your phone while you play, that's totally easy to do.

Amazing. Works perfect on a floor standing iPad stand. I now mount my switch2 and an I have an amazing dual screen setup in the living room.
Works great with the ball head. What an incredible dual screen setup with my Switch 2 on a gooseneck and my tv behind it.
Very comfy and easy to use. The only thing I would change is to add a slot or something to hold the hex wrench used to tighten/loosen the arm for adjustment so I don't need to keep it in a safe place and hunt it down every time I get the pillow out/put it away or need to adjust it for any reason.
Pretty great accessory I never knew I needed! The only thing that makes it not perfect is the balance when used with a Steam Deck. If you're not careful this will easily tip, fall or otherwise not be where you want it. Unsure how you would fix that as it's also nice and light weight.
More instructions, pics and videos would have aided the purchase. Had I not seen this on Reddit, there would be very little chance I would have given it a second look.
Furthermore, the designation of adapters needs to include alternate names as I initially ordered the wrong adapter.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would likely buy this again or for a friend.
UPDATE: Spoke with support and they sent me out a warranty replacement. They said the product was revised so I’ll kick the tires and hope it doesn’t happen again but service was top notch and appreciate that this small team was able to address my issue in a prompt manner.
The major flaw is the plastic on the screw knob. It became bitter after a few months and keeping tension became impossible, when I inspected it there were cracks all over the plastic surrounding the threaded screw. I've reached out to customer service via chat seeking a replacement screw but haven't heard back as of yet. Might explore a 3D print solution but would prefer not to jury rig this and don't want to spend another $25 for a simple screw that failed.
