In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.
Chat us and you'll reach one of two people: Siri, the founder, or Saibi, his cousin that helps with customer service every once in a while.
The things that don't require good vibes though: Manufacturing defects, design problems, if specific things are breaking at no fault of your own.

Hear me out. Nearly everything around 1lb/1.6kg can use the magsafe adapter ring and magsafe innie to connect to the gaming pillow, desk stand or claw mount. It's WAY better than the other connectors. Easy-on. Easy-off!
Great adaptor for a magsafe compatible phone
Strong but not overpowering.
After tightening the pillow jolders "arm" it held my galaxy ~8 inch tablet just fine. Getting devices back off it isn't always quick and easy, but they are securely attached.
Compact and fairly small, it does exactly what it's supposed to do.
Strong magnets, making it a removable option to attach my power banks fitted with the adhesive mount!
I use this on my phone with the Kickstand and it replaced my pop-socket!
Also works great for the steamdeck!

I broke a couple of universal mounts (maybe I was too rough?) that I used with my e-reader, I was suggested getting this and I’m so glad I did, it works perfectly! A really good solution!
Securely holds my iPhone 17 Pro Max. My other magsafe stand doesn't squeak so loudly when rotating my phone but that is just a minor annoyance.

I've bought this and a couple of cheap "magsafe stickers" and I use those instead of universal adapters.
I am using this point with a iPhone 15 pro max, with a peak design case. Mount holds the phone extremely well, and is easy to rotate between landscape and portrait without the phone disconnecting.
Incredibly thin adapter! Cheaper and easier than attaching a universal mount to a MagSafe puck!
