In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.
Chat us and you'll reach one of two people: Siri, the founder, or Saibi, his cousin that helps with customer service every once in a while.
The things that don't require good vibes though: Manufacturing defects, design problems, if specific things are breaking at no fault of your own.
Critically: we want to know what broke and how. This isn't to pass judgement on you. It helps us make the product better in the future, and to make sure your issue isn't something widespread.

It fits my Xbox Ally X but with a minor issue. The part of the grip where it contacts with the screen protector makes bubbles.
The lower portion of the grip interferes with my screen protector... It's not a deal breaker but I'm not exactly stoked about it.... It's Jsaux so I know I'm not alone...
I love mechanism grips, but one of the vent notches on this one broke of after a few months. Never happened to another one, probably because they seem top have bigger/thicker vent notches. It kinda still works, but not enough to mount it anywhere, just with the kickstand.

It fits perfectly and has so many uses! I have bought one for every handheld that I own!
Easy to put on. Minimal contact so it doesn’t cover the vents.
I have bought 2 just is case the first was a "bad one", but this just doesn't work. It doesn't lock onto the Ally X firmly and the unit unmounts very easy. Love the pillow, but honestly I am thinking about just sticking a universal on the back of the unit, I feel like that would work better.

Would you do me a favor and double check that you have the Xbox ROG Ally X and aren't mixing it up with the regular ROG Ally X? The grip should definitely not be falling off. If you shoot me over an email, I'm happy to help troubleshoot more specifically with you though!

I’m looking for a setup to mount my ROG Xbox Ally X to the back of an airplane seat. Which bundle will I need and does the setup connect with magnets or a clip?
if you don't have a case on your Xbox ROG Ally X, you'll want to grab the Basegrip for Xbox Ally X and the Tray Table Mount. Thats all you need to mount your Console, but if you also want to be able to mount a magsafe phone, you could also get the Magsafe innie included with that tray table mount!
I have the killswitch case for Xbox ally x, will it fit without removing my case?
You'll want to grab the Adapter for Killswitch - Ally/Ally X/Xbox Ally X/Legion Go S instead! The bare grips are precision molded to clip on to the bare device itself, but that adhesive adaptor is molded to fit the built in Kickstand on that case.
