In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.

The things that don't require good vibes though: Manufacturing defects, design problems, if specific things are breaking at no fault of your own.
Critically: we want to know what broke and how. This isn't to pass judgement on you. It helps us make the product better in the future, and to make sure your issue isn't something widespread.

I have a gaming pillow! And a grip for every device i own. I wasnt sure when i first seen the products. But i dont game on the sofa without it all combined now, i cannot stress enough how much i’ve gushed about mechanism to my friends and colleagues (yes, i’m a 31 year old man.)
Just got it! IT WORKS!!! Hope they come out with one that works with the case one day. It wont work with a case on.
I would prefer something more like the one in the first Legion Go but, this one works fine and is very sturdy, it holds my 30k mAh battery very well

It holds, but I don’t trust it. It doesn’t sit flush on the back of the Legion go 2. It gives a scressfull feeling on such an expensive device. I hope they release a different version of this base grip as i can’t stand thr idea of scraching up my system for it.
It should't cause scratches, but it should sit flush! Would you mind sending me over a picture of what's going on for you? I'm happy to help troubleshoot if your grip is giving you trouble!

Very sturdy build and well designed! Very cleverly designed to be both out of the way and stay firmly attached to the device.
I like the concept and it’s certainly very compact but the design also is a bit unsettling. I’m worried that using it with the airplane tray table mount will have the teeth fail during turbulence and drop the device. I would prefer a design that had a Y shape that goes outside around the fan grill and mounts on the top and bottom even though it would block the kickstand (can just use the mechanism kickstand!)
