Ball Socket Mount

I had a problem of getting tingly arms when playing games on the Steam Deck. Getting this adapter allowed me to sit comfortably with a controller and say good bye to tingly arms! I’ve played more games since buying it two weeks ago than I have in the past two months combined! I’d recommend this adapter if you want maximum comfort while playing on your Steam Deck!

I did have a small issue where the very small bumps that wrap around the ball inside the adapter did snap off from frequent over tightening (I would attribute it to user error over product defects because I would remove the adapter after every use).. I reached out to support and, with 8 minutes remaining before they shut down for the night, immediately answered and offered to replace the adapter without any hassle. Siri sent me a new tracking number before our chat had ended. 10/10 customer service, Siri has gained a new loyal customer!

I have bought several items for the SD but often the most idyllic settings for gaming are hard to comfortably use it. I have a HangTime Clip for my hammock and this mount allows me to put the SD on the Ridgeline and lay back and game much more comfort. I also have a ball mount that attaches behind the front seats in my SUV and my family loves it on long car trips to pass the time while the journey is underway.

Great concept. Tolerances are too loose, and so it needs fully tightened and even then will slip with about a pound of weight. Needs to be a tighter fit for the standard ball joint it's designed for.

Using this with my Steam Deck and Samhousing tablet holder ASIN B07P8YHKLF. Works perfectly and it’s easy to attach and remove the deck. There is no issue moving the holder with the deck attached too. The deck does lean forward a bit, but tablets did also due to the design.

Used it on a suction cup phone holder for in the car. Easy fit, worked excellent!

Just don't be like me and forget it in the rental car... I'll order a new one if they won't send it back to me.
