In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.

The things that don't require good vibes though: Manufacturing defects, design problems, if specific things are breaking at no fault of your own.

I can now use my Steam Deck as a cyberdeck! This has been the missing piece in slimming down my travel gear. With it I can now use my steam deck as a laptop, just connect a stand to the innie and plug in a keyboard. No need in carry a laptop and a steam deck when traveling.
"What an awesome product" I think to myself every day as I lock my deckmate in to the ball socket mount.
I have trouble playing for any length of time due to a pretty severe shoulder injury and arthritis. The combination of this and the ball socket (which is also great) allow me to play with a controller and a tablet holder.
I can't emphasize how big of a difference this has made in my life. My condition affects EVERYTHING and making this one thing I love easier has been amazing. Thank you
This is a solidly made product that allows a variety of attachments to be used with the Steam Deck. Definitely a must have accessory. Something to be aware of is that with it attached it causes a pretty tight fit in the case, but it still closes good enough as long as you do not have any accessories attached to it.
It fits perfectly and stays securely attached to the console as expected. Very good quality material, very discreet, lightweight, very versatile with all the accessories available here, it fits the Deck like a glove!
The microSD card is also securely attached and can be easily removed with a small space left in the slot to insert your fingernail.
I could store it in the official Steam Deck case, although it is obviously a little tight. Just be aware that it will leave a mark on the case due to the pressure when closed.

Why? The customer service I received was unmatched to any customer service I have EVER received. Siri really wanted to right this. Since I spoke with them:
*I was reimbursed for the damage the grip caused, even though there was some user error involved.
*Videos were sent to me that walked me through the instructions to properly install.
*I was able to give feedback that siri immediately took action to resolve.
I am now almost 10 months into using the grip, which stays on my deck, with my Gaming Pillow which has helped my carpal tunnel immensely. I'm so grateful for this product and would 100% recommend and buy again!
I am fairly sure I used this properly, I tried to take it off and then I was left with scratches and a gouge on the bezel near the vent of my steam deck! I am extremely upset and disappointed as I was looking forward to using this with my gaming pillow, which also greatly disappointed me as the mount is not strong enough to hold my deck as advertised.
I had been waiting for the phone attachment since I received my deckmate last year. I commute on the train and wanted to watch shows while gaming. The train can be bumpy so I appreciate how secure the clip is. There's a small locking mechanism to ensure the phone holder can't fall off th and deckmate. I will be using this multiple times a week!

If it's onto the steam deck very nicely and can come off without leaving any scratch other than anything. Thanks to the protective rubber, It's very sturdy while on the steam deck and you can hold it just by an attached accessory. I'm a little weary of the SD card holder, I'm kind of scared that it's going to get loose or something and they're going to fall out but so far they've held in there very well. This has been a great addition to my deck setup

Excellent product and it works like a snap (lol). I am not the sharpest tool in the shed and didn't follow any QR links but just an fyi if there is a tab, you need to pull that up to actually release the spring enough to attach it. I am assuming this was something released well after all of the video reviews I saw on YouTube :)

Absolutely stunning - I remember hearing about it when it was called the Deckmate!
Can’t express it enough, a really solid accessory. Finally have storage for my SD cards and it’s onboard. Picked up a kickstand as well and it’s made the deck way more versatile as it’s quite hefty. Great entry point into the ecosystem, can’t wait to invest in more.

The Deckmate grip is a fantastic attachment to my Steam Deck! It doesn't add much weight to it at all and it doesn't block the fan vents!
Playability with my steam deck is much improved with the pillow and grip , my SO bought one for me as a gift we were so impressed. I had to get her one as well , now we both use them on our couch while watching documentaries or such.
