Will it work with my Dock?

Yes, it works with the official Steam Dock but you will need our Steam Deck Dock Adapter. You can purchase it HERE, or 3D print your own for free HERE.

Can I use this over a case or skin?

This grip will fit over low profile skins but we do not recommend using this grip over a skin as it may cause damage to the skin or Steam Deck.

If you want a Grip to use over a case we recommend our case specific adapters, or our adhesive based Universal Grip.

What does your lifetime warranty mean?

In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.

Chat us and you'll reach one of two people: Siri, the founder, or Saibi, his cousin that helps with customer service every once in a while.

The things that don't require good vibes though: Manufacturing defects, design problems, if specific things are breaking at no fault of your own.

Critically: we want to know what broke and how. This isn't to pass judgement on you. It helps us make the product better in the future, and to make sure your issue isn't something widespread.

So much improved!

Just got this version of the plate after having the original deckmate grip since launch and this is a vast improvement. It no longer fails at the attachment due to lack of backing. Man, I love this thing!

This put a gouge in the bezel of my steam deck near the vents.

I am fairly sure I used this properly, I tried to take it off and then I was left with scratches and a gouge on the bezel near the vent of my steam deck! I am extremely upset and disappointed as I was looking forward to using this with my gaming pillow, which also greatly disappointed me as the mount is not strong enough to hold my deck as advertised.
