In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.

As a few other reviews (and the product description) have mentioned, this mount unfortunately blocks the headphone jack and the charge contacts used by most charging stations. I can do without the charge contacts since it can still be charged via the USB-C port, but I really wanted to be able to use my IEMs if necessary. So, I took a round file slightly wider than the plug on my IEMs and milled out a groove to allow them to be plugged in. It still looks great, it's just as easy to remove as before, and its structural integrity and ability to clip onto the controller don't seem to have been compromised in the slightest.
Im only giving this review in hopes this issue will be fixed for future customers. I love Mechanism and all the products I've tried, but this one has a major flaw: it has rendered the aux port completely unusable. Im not using a headset with a fat base on the cord or anything of the sort (HyperX Cloud III.) I bought this grip to use with the GoPro Mount (in combination with gopro attachments i already had) on a treadmill. It serves its purpose well but will require removing/reattaching the PS5 DualSense Controller Grip each time i swap between treadmill and online gaming.
The only complaint I have is that the headphone jack is obstructed when attached to the controller. I don't use it often, but I do like having the option of plugging in a headset/headphones.
Otherwise, great product!
Fit perfect
The only disappointment is it dosen't fit the dualsense edge. Now i can play ps5 in my bathtub.
Fits well and nice enough for the iPhone.

Simple = Genius
This is definitely an attachment I never knew I needed, just bought one to add to my “stuff box” but with this, I’ve been able to play phone games, charge the controller while still being wireless and even just mount to my wall for storage. But the best thing, is having my phone connected to where I can play games and not miss a call or text from the wife. (That’s right, she’s no longer mad I miss a call) 😂 trust me, buy one and you’ll end up using it first thing!
