I have used this everyday since I received it. A great device for anyone who loves gaming on their Deck from the comfort of their couch. I originally bought the Killswitch variant but quickly realized that they had one for the JSaux mod case. I reached out to customer support and they were so quick to respond and were able to switch my order to the correct variant. It’s been a great experience thus far. Looking forward to accessorizing with more parts in the future.
I love gaming on the couch, but both the Switch and Steam Deck make my hands go numb after an hour or so. This pillow solves that problem by keeping the weight off your hands, its comfortable and I love all the attachment options.
Really everything but the kitchen sink. I was overwhelmed with the variety of mounts and adapters available in this package. Perfect if you want all the mounting options for your devices!

Absolutely was happy to get this when I received it at the beginning of December. but then within 2 weeks it would not hold my Steam Deck up. It kept falling over and over again. I've tried to figure out what is causing the problems but I'm not seeing anywhere I can adjust it to prevent it from supporting the Steam Deck. I was really enjoying this but now it just sits in a corner basically unusable which is a sad waste of money.

Totally hear you. In fact, this issue happened to about 5-10% of Gaming Pillows. In about a week's time (by early January), I will be releasing a conversion kit/upgrade for the pillow that will allow tightening of the pillow arm in people's homes extremely easily.
For anyone experiencing this issue, I will send out the conversion kit for free to them, including you. Keep an eye out for an email with the release!

Let's be real - using regular couch pillows for handheld gaming was always a pain. They'd make you super hot during long gaming sessions, and I was constantly fighting to keep them in the right position.

Great Christmas gifts. Got one for my nephew’s Portal and another for my niece’s Steamdeck. They are so happy with how comfortable the pillows are. Maybe they are a bit too comfy. Both kids fell asleep using after setting up the mounts and playing a couple of games this afternoon.
I was really surprised at how lightweight yet sturdy this pillow was, and it absolutely relieves the issue of holding up my steam deck for an hour or two. Now playing in the couch doesn’t put me in weird slouched positions, it’s an arm saver!

Works better than I thought it would. Fully worth the purchase, holds ROG Ally securely with no worries.
The clip has sharp edges that damage the steam deck at the top near the vents when trying to take it off. Need to change the design or file before shipping. This damage will build up over time and look horrible. Very Disappointing.
Mount and Pillow work great once the ball nozzle doodad is tightened though. So there is that.
