the customer service from these guys is really amazing , top company
As far as I know, this is the only SteamDeck rear adapter readily available for purchase in Japan.
It would be great if a distributor were established in Japan.
Good for what it is. I bought this for the Phone Mount, but since I am not a fan of the Phone Mount, I have no use for it. The hug on the Steam Controller doesnt feel fine tuned or grippy. The Steam Controller doesnt have any sharp angles. So, it's cool that the Basegrip stays on at all, but it doesn't feel high quality. Wish I could return this with the Phone Mount. I don't have a purpose for it.
Doesn't deliver the same quality as the Dock. "Made in China" kinda vibes. It is sufficiently engineered and fits well with the Base Grip. The tightening mechanisms have not failed me, yet, and it is easy to install and adjust. However, the phone (S26 Ultra) does not feel very secure, as if the Mount is struggling with the weight. Jiggles and wiggles and makes a lot of noise. Feels loose. The biggest draw back; I cannot get a comfortable grip on the Controller and I cannot get a comfortable angle of vision on the phone. Hitting the shoulder buttons is simply uncomfortable and always adjusting the angle of the Mount and the phone is annoying. Something I would like to return.
The Dock is exceptional. Humble, discreet, sturdy, and reliable. When I heard it was plastic, I was worried that it would feel cheap and temporary. The Dock is a product that feels like I will use for the life of the Controller.
With it, when I play handheld games lying in bed, my hands no longer go numb from the weight of the console. It helps me focus better on my games and lets me fall asleep easily when I'm done. Truly a fantastic product.
It is extremely stable, and the base even comes with an L-shaped wrench so you can quickly adjust the damping tension whenever you need to. It provides a fantastic gaming experience.
Lightweight and sturdy. Once it's on, it still fits back in the original carrying case.
I love it. I can’t go back! It’s so comfortable, sturdy, and easy. It makes gaming even more enjoyable
Solid base and supports the Steam Controller and puck well. Definitely pricey, but the quality is way better than a plastic 3D print, so I don't regret spending a bit more for a proper dock.
Happy with product, will definitely use this company again.
holds very tightly and snaps in place just don't put too much weight on them when mounted.
