Gaming Pillow Arm Upgrade Kit

This was a great upgrade!

I was part of the first batch of orders on the Mechanism Pillows that did not have this arm upgrade included (the pillows I believe have this kit either preinstalled or included now). Reached out to the folks at Mechanism regarding my issue and they were more than happy to ship over this arm upgrade kit to me for absolutely free, which was such an unexpected, pleasant surprise - especially considering the team is dealing with the wrath of mother nature over in Los Angeles. The pillow (and this arm kit) are incredible, high quality products that serve a functional purpose, but the team and their business practices/customer service at Mechanism have made me a lifelong customer. For what it's worth though - if you are considering this arm upgrade kit, it took just a couple minutes to install and works great!

I won’t be buying the product, since the fix worked great for me and I’m happy with the new tension and easy access to adjust it in the future.
