For all other devices, including if you have a case on your device, we recommend the Universal Grip.

In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.
Chat us and you'll reach one of two people: Siri, the founder, or Saibi, his cousin that helps with customer service every once in a while.
The things that don't require good vibes though: Manufacturing defects, design problems, if specific things are breaking at no fault of your own.
Critically: we want to know what broke and how. This isn't to pass judgement on you. It helps us make the product better in the future, and to make sure your issue isn't something widespread.

I have weak joints in my wrists, so I use the phone mount a lot, and it's so helpful. The magnetic ring is strong enough that it can be in my silicone wallet on the back of my phone and still grab on to the magnet on the phone mount. I love how adjustable the angles are. I'm comfortable using it no matter how I lay or sit
If you like watching stuff on the second screen while you're gaming, this accessory is a must-have. It's lightweight and sits securely in place when attached, and if you have a phone with a metallic body like the Pixel 5, you don't even need to attach the separate magnet to your phone.
Shipping was a bit of a pain (especially financially (suppose I can only blame myself for being Norwegian)), but after contacting Mechanism about it, they quickly resolved the issue.
