FAQs

Will this work with my power cord?

Compatibility:

  • Works perfectly with the 1.5m power cord that comes with the LCD Steam Deck and the Steam Deck Dock
  • Works slightly less perfectly on the longer OLED 2.5m power cable, but it is possible to use with careful wrapping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but because we are such a small company, we don't have the scale or volume to get good rates. This means that sometimes these rates are ludicrous.

Just know that we do not make money on this. What you pay is what we pay. It's just a shitty thing that exists because we aren't big enough yet.

What does your lifetime warranty mean?

In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.

Chat us and you'll reach one of two people: Siri, the founder, or Saibi, his cousin that helps with customer service every once in a while.

The things that don't require good vibes though: Manufacturing defects, design problems, if specific things are breaking at no fault of your own.

Critically: we want to know what broke and how. This isn't to pass judgement on you. It helps us make the product better in the future, and to make sure your issue isn't something widespread.

Needs a redesign

It's a good concept and the rubber band does a great job of getting the kickstand + cable together into a steam deck case storage spot.

However, it's simply a pain to wrap. The charger slots loosely into the device when it should have had some grip or method of soft locking it in place to hold the cable mount steady. Likewise, the upper half is missing the wings needed to get those first few cable wraps clean. This isn't a big deal if you are using it at home or with a bit of time to get it right, but it's miserable when you are rushed or on the go (e.g. travelling, disembarking plane)

Item is too small for the cable I own, doesn’t fit like I expected it to

Secure, but difficult to wind

It does what it says, but I found the cable difficult to wind. I practically need a third hand to hold the rubber tie at an angle that allows me to wind the cable, and even then it feels as if there's not enough room on the spool. Once it's wound, though, it fits perfectly under the strap on my Deck's case. 5 stars for the fit, but docking two for how hard it is to wind the cable on the spool.

For some reason I thought it would pull and retract like a tape measure to coil the entire cord every time, but for just holding the excess it is very good.
