This was a replacement Siri sent me for the nut that originally came with my Deck Pillow. The original one was not sized quite right and would not tighten enough to hold my deck. Siri identified this problem and reached out to me to provide this replacement free of charge! Works great now! This is a fantastic company and they make a great product that they stand firmly behind.
