In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.

Chat us and you'll reach one of two people: Siri, the founder, or Saibi, his cousin that helps with customer service every once in a while.

The things that don't require good vibes though: Manufacturing defects, design problems, if specific things are breaking at no fault of your own.

It's very sturdy

Very sturdy kickstand. I have owned multiple kickstands but no one has ever came close to this in terms of quality.

Good with one thought;

Strong kickstand. Nice construction. My only thought is maybe have the release at the bottom instead of the top, meaning you push down and tip the kickstand out instead of up and out as that's where the force is already going. Up. Just a thought, a great product either way.

Mechanism Kickstand and Kick*** Support

Purchased a few accessories over the holidays for my girlfriend and I to use with our Steam Decks. We have loved the gaming pillow and kickstands most - they make it so convenient to just sit back and relax while playing in bed or on the couch.

One of our kickstands did develop some play at the mounting point. I reached out to Support (much to my dismay with the lack thereof you get from most companies) and they responded same day. After reaching out, I was occupied on work calls and couldn't respond immediately to the Support member addressing my issue. They went ahead and shipped me a replacement kickstand - no questions asked or photos needed. Actually, they were able to look up my account by email, ship a replacement, and provide an updated response - all before I was even able to respond back. Incredible customer service and I was floored at how quickly they were able to resolve my issue.
