What if I have a case on my device?
We sell case specific adaptors for a few cases.
For all other devices and cases we recommend the Universal Grip.

What does your lifetime warranty mean?
In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.
Chat us and you'll reach one of two people: Siri, the founder, or Saibi, his cousin that helps with customer service every once in a while.
The things that don't require good vibes though: Manufacturing defects, design problems, if specific things are breaking at no fault of your own.
Critically: we want to know what broke and how. This isn't to pass judgement on you. It helps us make the product better in the future, and to make sure your issue isn't something widespread.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but because we are such a small company, we don't have the scale or volume to get good rates. This means that sometimes these rates are ludicrous.
Just know that we do not make money on this. What you pay is what we pay. It's just a shitty thing that exists because we aren't big enough yet.
Will the product make me a better gamer?

If you play your switch mobile a lot. Don’t hesitate. You will wonder how you ever watched YouTube while gaming before. The true Dual Screen experience
Unfortunately this is a rare miss from Mechanism. There are sharp edges where the joy con grips meet the front of the system and it’s just uncomfortable to use when your fingers rub up against them!
Other than that, it’s nice that it comes with grips for both the LCD and OLED models, and the mounting functionality is great. Unfortunately it’s just way less comfortable and enjoyable to use as other brands’ grips.
The bad is I wish the grips were bigger for my hand size and it doesn’t fit in the dock well. But it is great to be able to use my other mechanism accessories with my Switch and keep a handful of physical games on hand.
Just started testing it out on my Switch OLED and I'm loving it, but the only thing I'm disappointed was that my package didn't receive the MagSafe adapter that was in the bundle! As for now, holding the grips on this feels very comfortable and unique in my hands! I'll probably buy more products like this in the near future!
