In all honesty, we want to do business in an upfront and honest way. If you feel you deserve it, we will most likely honor it.

Chat us and you'll reach one of two people: Siri, the founder, or Saibi, his cousin that helps with customer service every once in a while.

The things that don't require good vibes though: Manufacturing defects, design problems, if specific things are breaking at no fault of your own.

Really nice kickstand.

It's great. My only minor issue is I wish it would lock in so it wouldn't accidentally pop out as easily. But it's not a big deal.

Works as intended and very easy to mount on and off. Quite sturdy for being small and stands the Steam Deck very well, even with the Kill Switch case that makes the Deck slight heavier. The only downside compared to the Kill Switch case kickstand is that it does not have any microSD storage slots like the Kill Switch does.

Utilitarian and surprisingly sturdy.

Can hold up the weight of both a Steam Deck, and an iPad Pro 11 inch (horizontally). There’s a springiness to the hinge that makes this very comfortable to prop up the Steam Deck with on a desk while you’re gaming.
