The Ball Socket Mount attaches to any ball that is roughly 17mm (or 0.669291 inches, thanks imperial system). This is a general standard in the mounting industry that most accessory makers adhere to.

Awesome replacement part

I started using mechanism back when they were offering the 3d printed parts for free (or a donation) and instructions for all the parts needed to make the steamdeck accessories yourself.

When they started selling stuff online with a store., I bought everything even though I had already printed out and didn't need to, but what I received was even better quality than what I had printed.

Since then, I have bought everything they sell except the pillow which my wife wanted to have something to get me for Christmas as a small extra gift when I received it, shortly after the ball mount clip part broke. It still worked, it just wouldn't lock. I emailed them because I couldn't find the ball mount part to buy alone, and they responded right away and sent me a new party right away. No need to send them my receipt or anything., just a picture of the issue.

This is what customer service should be like everywhere. Granted they are a small company now, so that's why it may be easier to control your quality of customer service, but they are starting right to become big..
